Terms of purchase and use

These terms apply to Life Mode coaching and digital programmes purchased through this website. The product, price and what is included are shown before payment.

Coaching

Coaching is planned around the information you provide and is not medical treatment, physiotherapy or clinical rehabilitation. Tell your coach about relevant injuries, symptoms or professional medical advice before training. Stop and seek appropriate help if you experience concerning symptoms.

Online programme delivery

Simple Strength and the 21 Day Strength Reset are delivered online. Simple Strength is licensed to the purchaser for personal use. Course materials must not be shared, copied, resold or republished. Access details and private session links must be kept private.

Founding-member online group Q&A

Simple Strength purchasers can attend the founding-member live online group question-and-answer sessions for eight weeks from purchase. Sessions are planned approximately every two weeks. Dates may change and will be announced inside the programme or by email. The session is group education, not private coaching, medical advice or emergency support. Joining details are for purchasers only and must not be shared. Life Mode may revise this bonus for future purchasers with reasonable notice.

Payments and cancellations

One-off products are charged once at the amount shown at checkout. Monthly coaching has no long-term contract and can be stopped before the next billing date. Sessions and appointments are subject to the cancellation arrangements confirmed during onboarding.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law. Refund and cancellation information is provided before purchase and on the refunds page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts that apply under consumer law will have jurisdiction.
